I wanted to mention this particular site for some time, but got sidetracked.
A radio station in kingston N.Y. WBMP has a localy produced program, The Music Blimp, hosted live by Randy "The Ran-Man" Turner. The Blimp is two hours dedicated to New Wave, Techno,Euro-Pop and Alt. music from the 80's. I listen to it live, but it is also streaming broadcast from the stations website, WBPM.com . The show is preceeded by the syndicated show "Backtrax USA: 80's edition with Kid Kelly", so you can get 4 hours of great 80's tunes. The shows begin at 6:00 p.m. est. saturday nights. Email requests can be sent in during the show. Last week i got a shout out when I mentioned that I saw the German group Alphaville, in Germany back in 1982. So check it out.
