richard grieco - ~~TATOOS AND LOLLIPOPS~~

Richard Grieco (born March 23, 1965) is an American actor and former male fashion model.
Born in Watertown, New York, Grieco played football for Central Connecticut State University. After working as a model, he studied acting. He played Rick Gardner on One Life to Live from 1985 to 1987. In 1988, Grieco began appearing as Detective Dennis Booker on the shows 21 Jump Street and its spinoff Booker. Grieco's feature film debut was as Bugsy Siegel in Mobsters (1991) and has appeared in numerous films since. He also appeared in the TV series Marker in 1995 and starred (as himself) in the 1998 film A Night at the Roxbury.
He dated another One Life to Live star, Yasmine Bleeth. Richard and Yasmine also co-starred in the 1999 movie Heaven or Vegas and the 1999 made-for-TV movie Ultimate Deception.
He began a singing career in 1994 with the Dunmore Band. He signed to a German label and released a CD, Waiting for the Sky to Fall.
Grieco is idolized by Chau Presley, a character played by John Cho in the WB sitcom, Off Centre. In the show, Chau met Grieco at a DMV and traded him an Oingo Boingo shirt for the one he was wearing. Several references are made to Grieco and his movies (especially Point Doom) during the series.

In 1984 Richard Greico dropped out of Hudson valley Community College, in Troy N.Y. after 1 year. I actually met him when I attended classes at HVCC. I had just gotten out of the Army and was starting my freshman year when he dropped out. His story , with picture, made the front page of the Alumni newsletter in the fall of 1990.
